The villas are in an enviable position overlooking the beautiful bay, sandy beach and village of Aghios Stefanos. Each villa provides breathtaking vistas and stunning sunsets from spacious, crescent shaped balconies, as well as views across the sea towards the Diapontian Islands.

Each modern, spacious villa is each set over three floors and provides all the necessary facilities for a self-catering holiday in Aghios Stefanos. They have their own private pools and can comfortably sleep up to six persons. Each villa comprises three bedrooms, kitchen, lounge area, bathrooms, a sauna, games room, heated pool and barbeque area. There is off-road parking.

All the amenities of Aghios Stefanos are within walking distance including restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets and gift shops. The beach is less than 100 metres away and the traditional fishing harbour and local port is just a kilometre away. The neighbouring villages of Avliotes and the resort of Arillas are both 5 kilometres away.
